“We have been using Fiber Shield for many years now completely swapping over to only using their products. We made this decision purely based on performance, we have found that it offers our customers far more protection then any other product that we have worked with in the past. We recently had a customer that has a huge collection of very expensive rugs from Morocco and Turkey. One day she had called me up in a panic because she had spilled a whole bottle of red wine on her rug. I instructed her to grab a roll of paper towels and absorb as much of the spill that she could with the towels. Then use a damp cloth to remove any of the wine that was left over and call me when you are done. About 5 minutes later she called me and said ”Ok now what?” I said “ Do you see any more of the wine?” She said ”Well NO, its all gone!” Then I told her to let it dry and maybe switch over to white wine! She started laughing and was so thankful for applying fiber Shield to her rugs and at that moment became a true believer.”
